MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Location
Since our goal is to sell at fixed prices, THE LOWEST prices possible for quality furniture, our business platform is structured around LOW overhead. Our Ideal associates to set up an MLS Outlet Store are people with existing Furniture Stores or related locations, that have the room to set up a small showroom. All you need is approx. 1000 sq. ft. !! We can help you with the rest.
Financial Information
As individual markets vary so does the investment required to operate in a manner that will provide an OUTLET the best opportunity to be successful. But we do know that you must not burden an Outlet with excessive financing charges. A minimum unencumbered cash investment of investment of only $10,000 in Inventory is all that is required. This includes your showroom pieces. Due to the nature of our business, the inventory in the store is the largest component of the investment. This inventory will become your property and can easily be liquidated at any time. Leasehold costs will be dependent on the condition of the location. Equipment costs including the computer systems, signage and miscellaneous equipment is approximately $2,500. Set up, training and Grand Opening expenses will cost approximately $1,500. Our Outlet purchase fee is ZERO!!!. SO YOUR RISK IS VERY MINIMAL !!!!
